Is Spoolt free? Do I need a credit card?
Yes, there is a free plan and it needs no credit card. Each month it gives you 55 credits and 15 scheduled TikTok posts. A draft script costs 1 credit and a standard video 10; story and avatar videos cost 25.
Do I have to film or edit anything?
No. You paste your website or App Store link, Spoolt writes scripts and captions in your brand voice, and turns the ones you keep into vertical videos with a voiceover. There is no camera and no editing timeline.
Which platforms can I post to?
TikTok only. Instagram and YouTube aren't available; you can download any finished video and post it there yourself. Every plan includes one channel, meaning one brand with its TikTok account; Growth includes 3 and Pro 10.
Does it post automatically, and is it safe for my TikTok account?
It publishes at the time you set, through the official TikTok API, and never sees your password. TikTok requires the account owner to choose who can see each post, so you confirm every post once before it is scheduled.
Can I change what the AI writes?
Yes. You read every script before it becomes a video, and you choose the format, the voice and a length from 15 to 60 seconds. Scripts can be edited in most formats. Nothing is rendered or published without your approval.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Yes. Scripts and captions are written in the language of your website, and the voiceover reads that script. The Spoolt interface itself is available in English and Turkish.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generating stops; your drafts, videos and scheduled posts stay. Credits refill every month. If you need more before then, move up a plan or buy a one-off credit pack; pack credits do not expire.
Who owns the videos? Can I use them in ads?
You do. You own the videos you generate and keep, so commercial use is yours to decide. Spoolt does not claim your output and does not train its own models on your brand material.
Can I cancel any time? Is there a refund?
Yes, from Settings → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A first paid subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Renewals and part-used periods are not refunded.
Can I run Spoolt from Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes, on every plan, through an MCP server. Connect with one sign-in (OAuth), for example as a custom connector in Claude, or with a personal token from Settings. It can read drafts and results and schedule, edit, move, publish, cancel or delete posts; TikTok privacy choices stay yours.
